prep competition coaching

This package will take you to the stage. I only work with natural athletes who look to extend their bodybuilding physique and take to the stage to compete. I recommend a good 6 months on this plan before a show so we can work together and see how your body tunes in. Together we will work on strengths and weaknesses. Posing also comes free plus advice on placement in your category.

3 Month saver deal

Not only does this plan offer a deal to save money, but it also means you are with me for a progression journey for 3 months so we can work together on the smaller details and make sure we hit those goals.
